How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@citrusburn.com or call our toll-free number. Please include your order number, name, and reason for return. Our team will provide you with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Once you receive your RMA number, please return all bottles (including empty ones) to the address provided. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned items. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refund Conditions
To qualify for a refund, products must be returned within 180 days of the original purchase date. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Only products purchased directly from our official website or authorized retailers are eligible for our money-back guarantee. Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers are not covered by this policy.
Subscription Orders
If you have enrolled in our auto-ship subscription program, you may cancel at any time by contacting customer support at least 5 business days before your next scheduled shipment. Any bottles already shipped will follow the standard refund policy outlined above.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive damaged or defective products, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement shipment or full refund at no additional cost to you. In cases of damaged shipments, return shipping costs will be covered by CitrusBurn™.
Processing Time
Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned items. Please allow an additional 3-10 business days for the credit to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing time. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
